Maintenance Contract for ALL Analytical and Analog instruments, including once a year preventative service.
Included in your Yearly Preventive Maintenance Contract are: Inspection - Inspection - Complete instrument inspection according to factory quality control specifications of the manufacturer. Cleaning - Cleaning - Cleaning of all exposed areas and internal parts including optics, spindles, filters, etc. Cleaning - Cleaning of all exposed areas and internal parts including optics, spindles, filters, etc. Lubrication - Lubrication of all moving parts as required. Travel Costs - Travel Costs - All travel costs for the annual preventative maintenance or repair service. Travel Costs - All travel costs for the annual preventative maintenance or repair service. Service Includes: One preventative maintenance service per site, either scheduled by GCS Inc. during a 12 month period. This service will include inspection, cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of the instrument. All travel expenses for the preventative service is included. If more than one on-site service is required, but through no fault of GCS Inc., the customer will pay for travel expenses (airfare, hotel, rental car, etc.) and labor costs. Other claims and, in particular, indemnity claims for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or loss of profit are excluded. The Customer will be notified by GCS Inc. at least 30 days in advance of any increase in the Equipment Maintenance fee for the individual instrument.

For a minimal yearly fee, GCS clients may choose to be under a software support and updates agreement. Under this agreement GCS Inc. shall: Provide its best efforts to answer any and all questions which the CUSTOMER may have concerning the use of the Licensed Software. Telephone questions will be accepted during GCS Inc. regular business hours, which are 9:00AM until 5:00PM, Pacific time, Monday through Friday, National and California State recognized holidays excepted. In the event that a person qualified to answer CUSTOMERs questions is not immediately available, GCS Inc. will return CUSTOMERs telephone call as quickly as possible. Provide all software updates as they become available and further, provide to customer FREE of charge any and all instructions and support necessary to allow customers to use said revisions and/or updates.

Included in your Emergency Repair Service Contract are: Inspection and Repair Complete instrument inspection according to factory quality control specifications of the manufacturer and repair of damaged parts.
Service Includes: All labor costs for repair of instrument. After receipt of reported problem, response will be on the same day, but no later than 24 hours, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., in the time zone called and on-site repair (if required) within 72 hours. Other claims and, in particular, indemnity claims for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or loss of profit are excluded. The Customer will be notified by GCS Inc. at least 30 days in advance of any increase in the Emergency Repair Service Contract fee for the individual instrument.
